CosmoCaixa's children's planetarium has sessions adapted for kids from age 2. Half an hour lying back and gazing at stars while they tell stories about the sky. It's dark but not scary — most kids are completely mesmerised.

💡 Parent tip: Book planetarium tickets online in advance — the children's sessions sell out fast on weekends. While you're there, don't miss the flooded forest, which is included with admission.
CosmoCaixa’s children’s planetarium offers special sessions designed for the youngest visitors. For half an hour, kids lie back in reclining seats and gaze at stars projected onto the dome while a narrator tells simple stories about the sky and constellations.
Although the room is dark, the experience is designed not to scare: the lights dim gradually and the narration is gentle. Most children aged 2 to 5 are completely mesmerised throughout.
After the session, make sure to visit the flooded forest (included with admission), which is another CosmoCaixa must-see for families.
